Download for iPhoneCalendar events from a picture
Haven can turn a screenshot or photo of a schedule into family calendar events. You review the dates and details before choosing what to save.
The school has sent a PDF calendar. The coach has sent a screenshot with twelve games. You know the dates need to reach the family calendar, but retyping every line means checking the month, the time, the opponent, and the location over and over. So the screenshot stays in Photos—and you keep remembering to remember it.
Screenshot → review → calendar
The picture is the starting point. Haven shows its work before the schedule becomes part of your calendar.
Take a photo in Haven, choose one from Photos, or share an image from another iPhone app.
Check titles, times, locations, and confidence. Select only the events you want and assign family members in bulk.
The approved events join the family calendar, where they can support conflicts, reminders, briefings, and sharing.
What you can photograph
A screenshot from GroupMe, GameChanger, or a team message with practices, games, and venues.
A readable PDF page, printed month, field-trip sheet, or flyer with dates and deadlines.
A party invitation, camp notice, or paper taped to the refrigerator that you photograph.
The party is not the only thing to remember
When a readable image is clearly an invitation to a birthday party, Haven can add the party and a separate Get a gift reminder two days before. If the invitation includes an RSVP deadline, Haven can create that as a separate reminder too.
Haven does not suggest what gift to buy or create a gift reminder for a birthday listed without a party. It simply puts the errand on the family plan before the day arrives.
The picture is not the product
A screenshot in Photos cannot warn you that two children need the same driver at 5:00. It cannot tell your partner what changed. It cannot put a pickup reminder on your phone or include the permission slip on an event checklist.
Once you approve the events in Haven, the same information can appear in a morning briefing, help surface a conflict, support a leave-time alert, and answer a question such as “What does Zeke have next week?” That is what Haven means by making knowledge reusable.
Best for
You want the benefit of a calendar without turning every message into a data-entry task.
You often receive several dates at once rather than a single event invitation.
You want to choose exactly what Haven reads instead of giving an app broad inbox access.
