To add GameChanger to your family calendar, open your team, tap the gear icon → Schedule Sync → Sync Schedule to Your Calendar, and copy the calendar link. Add that address to Haven, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar to subscribe to the schedule.

Where do I find my GameChanger calendar link?
Start in the GameChanger iPhone app.
- On Home, tap your child’s team.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Tap Schedule Sync.
- Tap Sync Schedule to Your Calendar.
- Tap Copy Calendar Link if that option is shown.
If you see the Google sync option instead
- From the same calendar-sync screen, tap Sync Google Calendar.
- Tap Send Link and Instructions.
- Choose Copy in the sharing options.
You now have the address to paste into Haven. Keep it complete, including any text after a question mark. Your team’s profile page or a single game’s share link is not the schedule feed.
GameChanger distinguishes account roles: staff, players, and parent/guardian accounts get all team events, including practices. Followers get games only.

How do I add GameChanger to Haven?
Once you have the link, open Haven on your iPhone. You don’t need to subscribe in Google or Apple Calendar first.
- Open Haven on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings → Connections → GameChanger.
- Tap Add a calendar.
- Tap Paste your schedule link and paste the address you copied.
- Wait for Haven to read the feed and show the events it found.
- Select the child or family members the schedule belongs to.
- Tap Connect.
- Open the family calendar and check a familiar game or practice against GameChanger, including its date, time, and venue.
Once connected, add what your family needs for that event: the correct jersey, an earlier arrival note, or a different person bringing your child home. Haven’s calendar questions can help you find the next game without searching every date. Keep GameChanger for coach messages and team announcements.
Combine this team with schedules from other apps. Open Haven before planning the day so it can check connected feeds; source changes must be published before they can appear.
How do I sync GameChanger with Google Calendar?
Use a computer browser, not Google Calendar’s phone app.
- Open Google Calendar.
- Beside Other calendars, choose + → From URL.
- Paste your GameChanger link and select Add calendar.
- Select the new calendar in your calendar list.
This subscribes to the team feed, rather than merging events into another shared calendar. Google controls refresh timing.
How do I add GameChanger to Apple Calendar?
GameChanger has a direct Apple Calendar shortcut on iPhone:
- From Home, choose the team and tap the gear icon.
- Tap Schedule Sync → Sync Schedule to Your Calendar → Sync Apple Calendar.
- Choose Subscribe if prompted.
- Review the calendar’s name, account, color, and alerts, then complete the Add or Done prompt your iPhone shows.
If you already copied the link, you can instead paste it into Apple Calendar through Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar. Apple explains the iOS-version differences.
This adds the team subscription to your Apple calendar view. It does not automatically give a partner using a separate Apple Account access to it.
Will GameChanger schedule changes sync?
A connected GameChanger feed can publish moved games, new events, and cancellations. Haven checks the feed when you open the app. Google’s refresh can lag: GameChanger warns it may take up to 24 hours for changes to appear there.
Keep checking GameChanger’s coach announcements for urgent changes. A calendar subscription does not replace team messages. If you entered an event manually or imported a picture, that copy does not follow the feed.
Troubleshooting
Why are games showing but practices missing?
Check whether you’re following the team or connected as a player’s parent or guardian. The feed reflects your GameChanger access; Haven cannot add practices that the feed does not include. Ask team staff to check your connection if it is wrong.
Why is Google still showing the old time?
GameChanger notes that Google can take up to 24 hours to pick up schedule changes. Check the team app for the latest announcement, especially before leaving for a game. Haven checks its connected feed when you open it, but the source must publish the updated event first.
Haven says this isn’t a calendar link.
Copy the calendar subscription URL rather than a team homepage, invitation, or one event’s share link. Keep the whole address. If a provider only gives you a page that requires signing in, ask the team administrator for the subscription link or use a screenshot.
Why am I seeing the season twice?
You may have connected the same schedule directly and also subscribed through a calendar already shown on your phone. Check the source calendars before adding another copy. Don’t connect an all-teams feed and each of its team feeds without reviewing the overlap.
