How to Add SportsEngine to Your Family Calendar

Copy the iCal feed from MySE or your team website, then add the season to your calendar.

To add SportsEngine to your calendar, sign in to MySE, open Schedule → Sync Schedule → Other Calendar → Copy, then paste the link into Haven, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar. If your league uses a team website, follow the team-page feed steps instead.

League weekends can mean several venues, an early arrival, and equipment to remember. Haven AI Family Calendar puts compatible SportsEngine schedules alongside your family’s other plans, with event notes and checklists that stay with the season. See Haven for iPhone.

From your MySE account

  1. Open the SportsEngine website in a browser and sign in to your MySE account.
  2. Open the Schedule tab.
  3. Click Sync Schedule at the upper right.
  4. Select Other Calendar.
  5. Click Copy.

This is the reusable address to paste into Haven. These labels come from SportsEngine’s calendar-application instructions.

From your organization’s calendar page

  1. Open your organization’s SportsEngine website and its Calendar Page.
  2. Tap Show Tag Menu.
  3. Select the tags for the teams you want.
  4. Tap Subscribe to iCal Feed below the calendar.
  5. Copy the feed address shown.

From an individual team page

  1. Open the team’s page on the organization’s website.
  2. Find Event List or Upcoming Events Calendar.
  3. Select iCal.
  4. Copy the calendar link.

The two website paths are documented in SportsEngine’s mobile-calendar guide. If the calendar is empty, an iCal option may not appear. Check the selected team and season before copying its feed.

How do I add SportsEngine to Haven?

Once you have the link, open Haven on your iPhone. You don’t need to subscribe in Google or Apple Calendar first.

  1. Open Haven on your iPhone.
  2. Go to Settings → Connections → SportsEngine.
  3. Tap Add a calendar.
  4. Tap Paste your schedule link and paste the address you copied.
  5. Wait for Haven to read the feed and show the events it found.
  6. Select the child or family members the schedule belongs to.
  7. Tap Connect.
  8. Open the family calendar and check a familiar game or practice against SportsEngine, including its date, time, and venue.

Check the venues and arrival details when you bring in a tournament weekend. Add a note for parking or a checklist for the equipment your child needs. Haven keeps family notes and checklists with connected events as their schedule changes.

Use the sports overview to combine this season with another child’s team app. Keep SportsEngine for the club’s messages and check Haven before planning the day to refresh its connected feed.

How do I sync SportsEngine with Google Calendar?

Use a computer browser, not Google Calendar’s phone app.

  1. Open Google Calendar.
  2. Beside Other calendars, choose + → From URL.
  3. Paste your SportsEngine link and select Add calendar.
  4. Select the new calendar in your calendar list.

This subscribes to the team feed, rather than merging events into another shared calendar. Google controls refresh timing.

How do I add SportsEngine to Apple Calendar?

On iPhone, subscribe to the calendar using the same feed address.

  1. Open Apple’s Calendar app and tap Calendars.
  2. Choose Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar.
  3. Paste the SportsEngine calendar address. In iOS 26, tap Find; older versions may say Subscribe.
  4. Give it a recognizable name and color. Choose iCloud as the account if you want the subscription on your own Apple devices.
  5. Tap Done, or complete the older version’s Add prompt, then check that the calendar is selected.

A subscription is read-only. Adding it to your iCloud account makes it available on your devices signed into that account; it does not automatically share it with a partner’s separate Apple Account.

Apple’s subscription instructions cover the current and older iPhone menus.

What happens when SportsEngine changes a game?

The feed reflects the schedule or website calendar you selected. If a game is corrected in one SportsEngine calendar but your copied feed points to another, refreshing cannot bring in the missing correction. Check the source and selected teams first.

Haven checks the connection when you open the app; Google and Apple control their own refresh timing. For a late venue change or cancellation, check the club’s original announcement. A schedule imported from a picture stays a snapshot.

Troubleshooting

I can’t find Sync Schedule.

Check that you’re in your signed-in MySE account’s Schedule tab. A public organization page uses a different layout; look below its team calendar for the iCal option instead.

The calendar includes the wrong teams.

Check which events your MySE account includes, or which tags were selected on the organization’s calendar before copying its feed. Compare the events in Haven’s preview with the team and season you need.

There is no iCal option on the team page.

The website calendar may be empty or the schedule may be published elsewhere. Ask your club administrator which calendar subscription link families should use. A readable screenshot is another way to add published dates to Haven.

Haven says this isn’t a calendar link.

Copy the calendar subscription URL rather than a team homepage, invitation, or one event’s share link. Keep the whole address. If a provider only gives you a page that requires signing in, ask the team administrator for the subscription link or use a screenshot.

Why am I seeing the season twice?

You may have connected the same schedule directly and also subscribed through a calendar already shown on your phone. Check the source calendars before adding another copy. Don’t connect an all-teams feed and each of its team feeds without reviewing the overlap.

Still stuck? Contact Haven support. Tell us the provider and what happened, but keep private subscription URLs out of messages and screenshots.

Sources and next steps

Provider instructions checked November 2, 2026 against SportsEngine’s help center. Extra provider links are included beside the steps they support. Menus can change between app versions.

These guides describe calendar subscriptions. They do not require sharing your team-app password with Haven or moving your team’s chats. For other schedules, start with all your kids’ sports calendars in one place.
