On iPhone, the standard TeamSnap app can add its schedule to Apple Calendar through Team → Schedule → share icon → Subscribe. For a direct Haven connection, copy the subscription link from TeamSnap’s website. TeamSnap ONE can email the link from All Schedules → calendar icon → Sync other calendar. Start with your mobile-app steps below.
When two kids are on different teams, one sports app still doesn’t show the whole family’s week. Haven AI Family Calendar brings compatible team feeds together with your other plans, so you can spot overlaps and prepare for the busy days. Explore Haven for iPhone.
How do I add a schedule from the TeamSnap mobile app?
Check which app you use. The standard TeamSnap app and TeamSnap ONE have different calendar options.
Standard TeamSnap app: subscribe on iPhone
- Open TeamSnap on your iPhone.
- Tap your team name in the team list.
- Open Schedule.
- Tap the share icon at the upper left.
- Tap Subscribe.
- Complete the calendar prompt and tap Done, then check that the team appears in Apple Calendar.
This is the iPhone route documented by TeamSnap support. It subscribes the phone’s calendar. Their instructions for copying the reusable feed address use TeamSnap’s website; that is the link to paste into Haven for a direct connection.
TeamSnap ONE: get the link by email
- Open the TS ONE app and sign in.
- Open All Schedules.
- Tap the calendar icon at the top right.
- Choose Sync other calendar.
- Open the email with the subscription links.
- Copy the individual-team or all-teams calendar address you need.
TeamSnap ONE’s instructions describe this separate app. Haven needs a readable, compatible calendar feed; review what it finds before connecting.
Once you have the link from the email, paste it into Haven’s TeamSnap connection. You do not need to add it to Apple Calendar first.
Where do I find my TeamSnap calendar link?
One team: use the TeamSnap website
- Sign in to TeamSnap in a browser.
- Below the team name, click your roster name to enter that team’s site.
- Open the Schedule tab.
- Click Settings.
- Choose Sync Calendar / Export.
- Copy the subscription address for the full calendar if you want practices as well as games.
TeamSnap’s support guide documents this web route.
Several teams: copy a combined schedule
- Return to the TeamSnap dashboard.
- Scroll down and click Go to My Full Schedule.
- Click Subscribe/Export at the upper right.
- Copy the internet calendar link.
You must be on the roster of each team you want included. Separate team feeds can make it easier to assign each child in Haven. See TeamSnap’s all-team schedule instructions.
How do I add TeamSnap to Haven?
Once you have the link, open Haven on your iPhone. You don’t need to subscribe in Google or Apple Calendar first.
- Open Haven on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings → Connections → TeamSnap.
- Tap Add a calendar.
- Tap Paste your schedule link and paste the address you copied.
- Wait for Haven to read the feed and show the events it found.
- Select the child or family members the schedule belongs to.
- Tap Connect.
- Open the family calendar and check a familiar game or practice against TeamSnap, including its date, time, and venue.
For siblings on different teams, a separate feed per team can make each child’s activities easier to assign. If you use the combined feed, check which teams it includes before adding anything else. Haven’s daily and week-ahead briefings help bring that combined family plan back into view.
Keep TeamSnap for team communication. Use the sports-calendar overview when another child’s schedule is in GameChanger or SportsEngine.
How do I sync TeamSnap with Google Calendar?
Use a computer browser, not Google Calendar’s phone app.
- Open Google Calendar.
- Beside Other calendars, choose + → From URL.
- Paste your TeamSnap link and select Add calendar.
- Select the new calendar in your calendar list.
This subscribes to the team feed, rather than merging events into another shared calendar. Google controls refresh timing.
How do I add TeamSnap to Apple Calendar?
If you’re in the standard TeamSnap app, use the Schedule → share icon → Subscribe steps above. If you have a link from the website or a TeamSnap ONE email:
- Copy the calendar subscription address.
- Open Apple Calendar → Calendars → Add Calendar → Add Subscription Calendar.
- Paste the link. Tap Find in iOS 26 or Subscribe on older versions.
- Choose its name, color, and account, then finish with Done or Add.
Choose iCloud as the subscription account if you want it on your own Apple devices. Apple’s subscription guide covers those settings.
How do TeamSnap schedule updates work?
TeamSnap subscriptions follow the selected team or combined schedule. If you change teams, check that the calendar you connected still covers the season you need. TeamSnap says subscribed personal calendars may take up to 24 hours to reflect updates.
In Haven, open the app to check the connected feed. Avoid adding individual feeds on top of an all-teams feed without reviewing the overlap. If your coach sends a separate paper schedule, import its dates from a readable picture and update those separate events when needed.
Troubleshooting
Should I use the team link or the all-teams link?
Use a team link when you want to keep each child’s team easy to identify. A combined link can be convenient when you want the whole TeamSnap schedule. Avoid subscribing to both the combined feed and the same individual teams unless you intend to manage the overlap.
Why are some events missing?
Check whether you copied a games-only link or the full schedule, and whether your account belongs to the right teams. Confirm that the event appears in TeamSnap itself.
Why has a schedule change not appeared yet?
TeamSnap warns that changes can take up to 24 hours to reach a personal calendar. Check the original team announcement for urgent changes. In Haven, open the app so the connection can check the feed.
Haven says this isn’t a calendar link.
Copy the calendar subscription URL rather than a team homepage, invitation, or one event’s share link. Keep the whole address. If a provider only gives you a page that requires signing in, ask the team administrator for the subscription link or use a screenshot.
Why am I seeing the season twice?
You may have connected the same schedule directly and also subscribed through a calendar already shown on your phone. Check the source calendars before adding another copy. Don’t connect an all-teams feed and each of its team feeds without reviewing the overlap.
Still stuck? Contact Haven support. Tell us the provider and what happened, but keep private subscription URLs out of messages and screenshots.

Provider instructions checked November 2, 2026 against TeamSnap’s help center. Extra provider links are included beside the steps they support. Menus can change between app versions.
These guides describe calendar subscriptions. They do not require sharing your team-app password with Haven or moving your team’s chats. For other schedules, start with all your kids’ sports calendars in one place.
