A family calendar app built for real life.
Family plans show up everywhere — texts, screenshots, paper flyers, school and team apps, event pages, calendars, and email. Haven brings the whole plan into one calm place, synced to everyone's phone.
- 📱 No more "did you see my text?" — Haven lives on everyone's iPhone, synced through iCloud. The schedule is always there, no web dashboard, no workaround.
- ☁️ Add it once, everyone has it — Haven uses iCloud so the moment you add anything, every family member's phone has it. No forwarding, no copying, no telling.
- 🗓️ Bring your other calendars, privately — Turn on Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars already connected to your iPhone. They appear in your Haven view without appearing on your partner's phone.
- 🔗 Turn an event page into an event — Share a public page from Safari or paste its URL. Haven reads the details and shows them for review before you save.
- 🚗 Event assignment — Tag a driver on every event so pickup logistics are settled when you add the thing, not when it's already 3:45.
- ☀️ Wake up knowing what's happening — Haven's morning briefing hits every phone so you can plan ahead instead of scrambling to reconstruct the day over breakfast.
- 🎨 Actually readable in two seconds — Each family member gets their own color and emoji so you can scan the whole week without reading a single word.
If you've ever been the only person in your family who knows what's happening this week, you already understand the problem Haven solves. Family calendars should be shared — but most apps make sharing an afterthought. Haven was designed from day one as a family tool.
Every member of your family gets their own profile, their own color, and their own view of the schedule. When you add a soccer practice, a dentist appointment, or a sleepover, it shows up on every phone in the family immediately. No email invites. No "did you check the calendar?" texts. Just a schedule everyone can see.
What sets Haven apart from generic calendar apps is the layer of family-specific details. You can assign a driver to any event — so when you're juggling two pickups and a class on the same afternoon, everyone knows who's handling what. The morning briefing means nobody wakes up and sleepwalks into a conflict. And conflict detection catches the scheduling mistakes before they become the kind of thing that causes a whole conversation.
Haven runs on iCloud, which means your family data stays private and syncs automatically without any extra setup. If your family is on iPhone, you're already ready to use it.
Your existing calendars do not have to disappear. In Haven's Other Calendars settings, turn on the Apple, Google, or Outlook calendars from accounts already connected to your iPhone. Those events are a read-only part of your view and are not shared with your Haven partner. If a work trip or appointment belongs on the family calendar, open it and tap Copy into Haven. Haven prepares a new family event with the same title, date, time, and location for you to review and save.
A useful event page should not become another typing project. From Safari, share the page to Haven and tap Add to Haven, or paste the URL in the app. Haven looks for the event name, date, times, location, notes, and source link, then lets you review what it found.
